A: No. You are going there to teach English. During your English lessons Students will be asked to use English as much as possible. Also, you are being partnered with a Korean Co-Teacher. He or she will be on hand during your lessons to assist at points where something needs explaining in Korean (It does happen to the best ESL teachers from time to time) Your co-teacher will also provide assistance when dealing with school supervisors, administrators. The co-teacher will also be able to assist you with getting settled outside of the school as well, shopping and banking etc…
