We are having a Christmas party which is the last event we organize for this year.

When: 5 o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, December 12th.
(The party will be approximately last for 3+ hours)

Where: Meet up @ in front of KFC first (come out thru exit #5 of Hongik Univ. Stop then, you will see it right on your left side) then move to the Korean BBQ restaurant (named 'Sinssi wharo') near Hongik Univ main entrance
(our group is more than 28 people include myself, so our office has no enough room to hold that many people at once, that's why we are meeting up on the street)

How much: 20,000 won for each individual

What we have: Korean style BBQ(Pork), Soju, and beer
(I'll make sure to have vegetarian dish ready upon request)

What to bring: Bring a gift, wrapped, worth up to 10,000 won
(We are going to play a white elephant game so please don't get bothered at all to choose what to bring.)


Schedule
5:10              walk to the restaurant (takes about 10~15 min)
5:30              everyone get seated also get to know each other while warming up w/ SOJU
5:45              BBQ gets started
6:00              the gift exchange game(white elephant) gets started while enjoying the food & drink
6:45              the game done and little bit explanation of trip to China in Feb
7:00              continue to have fun
8:00 or 8:30   official party finished (team up for a club or fresh blewed beer and so on if you want)
