First and foremost we are ESL teachers ourselves, and many of our staff have taught overseas. Locate teaching placement overseas
As a recruiting agent Global Campus has access to hundreds of schools overseas which need ESL teachers. We research the background of the school and the current working conditions there. Whenever possible we will send staff to visit the school in person and check that it is a good place to work. At present we are dealing exclusively with public schools in South Korea.

Help you understand the contract
As a foreign teacher you will be required to sign a contract which will determine the term of your employment, the duties you will be required to performed, and the pay and benefits you will be provided. Global Campus will provide you with sample contracts and explain any terms which are of concern. Public School contracts are generally non-negotiable, however if there are concerns or requests which are not outlined in the contract we can help you deal with these issues.

Help coordinate your application and documentation
Once you have decided that you want to go we will help you fill out the various application forms and assist you with collecting and sending all the needed documents. This process is essential to being hired, if it not done correctly it can cost you a lot of time and money. Global Campus will explain each step.

Assist in booking Air Ticket / Airport Pick-Up / School Guide
Once your job has been secured we are willing to help you book your flight and meet you at the airport when you arrive. We will

Offer Orientation & Resources
Depending on your placement you may need help getting adjusted to your new school and if you are not an experienced teacher you will very likely want some help figuring out exactly what it is you should be doing in the classroom. Generally you will get this orientation and support from your peers and co-workers, however if getting this kind of support and help is proving difficult you can contact Global Campus and we will do what we can to provide advice and lesson materials.

Act as a liaison with your placement school   
There will be times that you are not sure about how you should resolve a problem you are having at your school and you may not feel comfortable discussing it with either your co-teachers or your supervisor. We will always be willing to discuss your concerns in detail and give you advice about how to approach the issue.
